Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We currently offer standard online shipping within the United States only.
  • How long does order processing take? Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Saturday, after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00) may be processed on the next business day.
  • What is the delivery transit time? Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days, Monday through Saturday, after the order has been processed and shipped.
  • How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders within our United States service area.
  • Which carriers do you use? Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information is provided after the order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is the return window? Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • What are the return conditions? Returned items should generally be unused, in their original condition, free from damage or signs of use, and include the original tags and packaging when available.
  • Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns.
  • Is there a restocking fee? No standard restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.
  • How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 days after the return is approved.

Payments & Security

  • What payment methods are accepted? We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
  • Is my payment secure? Payment transactions are protected using SSL encryption and are processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store credit card information.
